Last week, we went to the fire station with Jacie's preschool group and our ward play group, kind of a combination of both. Anyway, the kids had a great time learning about what the fire figthers do. They got to see their kitchen and where they sleep since they actually live there. They got to check out the fire engine, they each even got a turn to sit in the drivers' seat and pretend to drive it. They watched as one fire fighter showed them how he put on his outfit and Rylie even tried the jacket/hat on. The jacket was bigger than her! They ended up having a call to go to a fire just as we were finishing things up, so the kids got to see them get ready and leave to race off to a fire, lights and siren included!

WOW! My kids would LOVE that!! How do you hook that kind of thing up?
I love the pictures, the one of Rylie with the equipment on...she might just fall over!! Hahahahah
OMG! That picture of Rylie wearing the fireman's outfit is too cute. That should totally be blown up and placed in your house.
