Okay, trying to take decent family pictures with kids is a joke! We attempted (and that is the key word) to get some extended family pictures a couple of weeks ago and it was hi-larious. How do you get so many little kids (and big adult ones) to cooperate??? I'm not sure how the entire extended family pics turned out since I haven't seen them yet, but trying to get our own grandchildren picture was funny enough...see below-Josh was running around so this is the only one I have of all of them. (I love Kaylie's expression while trying to hold Emma.)
Then, I tried to get pics of just my kids-and look at how Jacie "smiled"! It took me more than 10 shots to get a decent one where she is actually smiling and looking at the camera. I look at the pics now and laugh...what a funny day! And guess what-we haven't even done our own immediate family ones yet-so we get to do it all over again! Yay!
